To provide 3 detached dwellings appropriate for their agricultural surroundings

New Space Architecture were approached by our clients to explore the potential of redeveloping a piece of redundant and unsightly agricultural land in to high quality rural homes. Located on the edge of Spreyton in West Devon, these homes represent the culmination of a thorough and diligent design and planning process, finished off by award winning building regulations and construction drawings.
