The challenge

Our Clients needed a modern and elegant living space.

This elegant flat roof extension at the rear of a period property in central Exeter was originally refused planning permission by Exeter City Council. After a successful appeal permission was granted and this stunning extension now allows the family to have a modern and sociable space at the rear of their beautiful home. Important key features are the large flat roof lights to allow natural light in and also ensuring the steel work was all entirely hidden within the ceiling to give a seamless finish across the entire extension. We are absolutely delighted with the final result.

Thanks guys for always having our back and fighting our corner when it came to the planners. It was so worth the wait and we love our new space!
