The challenge
Our clients wanted clean lines and natural light.
This flat roof extension was designed with a parapet finish to hide the roof and avoid the need for any fascia board and guttering. This enabled us to keep the extension very neat with clean lines emphasising this glazed openings. Three large flat roof windows flood the open plan room with natural light and provide a wonderful entertaining space with excellent connectivity to the garden. We also managed to squeeze in a bonus Utility Room and Shower Room too!

Mitch and team at New Space are a real pleasure to work with. Full of ideas and very accommodating throughout the process. Mitch drew up the plans for our rear extension, including dealing with planning, building regs and build-over agreements. The final result had some real wow-factor! Having recently moved, we are now working with them again on on remodelling our new home!
